Rakesh Kumar is Managing Partner of AEON Integrated Building Design Consultants based out of India (New Delhi) and has a post graduate degree in Thermal Engineering with over 25 years of work experience. He is a seasoned Consulting Engineer who has designed over 2000 projects including Hotels, Airports, Hospitals, Retail, Residential, Commercial, High rises and Industrial projects.

Mr Rakheja specializes in High-Performance Buildings and has been actively involved in leading design activities of electro-mechanical services for three Net Zero Energy Buildings and over forty Platinum rated green projects in India.

He has rendered his valuable services as the past President of ISHRAE and ASHRAE India Chapter, Chairman of Technical Committee for Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), Environment Committee at PHD Chamber of Commerce, Executive Board at Fire & Security Association of India (FSAI). He has been also an Advisor to International Fenestration Forum (IFF). He has been given a Life Time Achievement Award by ISHRAE & ASHRAE India and has Distinguished Service Award from ASHRAE. As a devoted teacher, he has been a visiting Faculty for over 15 years at three of the leading colleges in National Capital Region.

Mr Rakheja has contributed equally to development of Codes & Standards in the country. He has been Panel member for development of National Building Code of India (NBC), Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC), Chiller, AHU & VRF Testing Standards, Member of Technical Committee at EESL-Ozone Cell HPMP Project, Member in Panel of Experts for Space Conditioning under FLCTD programme by UNIDO & BEE and many others.

Archit Gupta is an Indian environmental economist, eco-entrepreneur, writer, and policy advocate and urban analyst since the early 1990s. He is current executive trustee of The AltTech. Foundation apart from being mentor for companies and institutions in the sustainability space.

He has founded and built businesses that mainstreamed technologies and solutions for zero energy development in built environment spaces and practices. As founder of Biodiversity Conservation India Limited, he has driven over two million square feet of buildings, with a current asset base of Rs 500 Cr, which have reduced or eliminated dependence on city civic infrastructure for energy, water and waste management, and in the process created happy and healthy micro urban habitats. He has been driving over the last twenty years energy and water policy and making significant contributions to evolving methodology for sustainability practices in industry and academe.

A prolific writer and columnist, he has influenced a whole new generation of entrepreneurs and educators to take to green businesses since the turn of 2000. His work on watershed development, practicable and cost-effective solutions for both water management in the rural hinterland and incisive reports and features on the economics and ecology of urban solutions have influenced change in many segments.

Hariharan has been a key resource person and a driving force for the Indian Green Building Council which has risen from a mere 20,000 Square feet of certified green buildings to a staggering six billion Square feet in 2018. The architecture of water and energy, and the cascading links between Policy, Regulations, Practices and Solutions for end use has been documented extensively by him and by a host of other professionals who he has mentored over the years.

Ankit Gupta comes from a global background of travel and tourism. He spent 17 years taking a small dream to a super successful corporation, eventually exiting when investors came in and the daily excitement turned into corporate boredom.

He took over as the Business and Finance head of Spectral Services Consultants in 2006, when it was a small home run company with 75 employees and 2 offices. He was instrumental in taking Spectral to a 600 strong pan-Indian presence, with 9 locations and an order book of approximately 300 crores. He drove a young breed of engineers to become independent profit centres with cognisance to profitability and growth. He worked with Dr Jain to structure Spectral to a world standard consulting firm through his astute financial acumen, till it was finally taken over by AECOM in 2011. Manish spear headed the merger and acquisition process with E & Y, changing lives of each and every Spectral member forever. Manish’s strength remains his keen sense of finance and relentless perseverance in transforming dreams into reality.
